I ran into an issue with one order where the item wasn't quite what I expected - it happens to the best of us. I just got myself a simple Golf Training Aid, but the set was missing some pieces and, unfortunately, it's no longer available. I purchased a Trugolf mini simulator that came with E6 connect and a bunch of courses. It was working perfectly for a few weeks, but then the device stopped charging. I shot them an email, and they replied on the same day. By the next day, a replacement unit showed up, and they even arranged to pick up the old one at the same time. This really highlights their customer service quality because how a company handles issues reveals their true character. Throughout my interactions with them, they’ve been super friendly, helpful, and professional. I totally recommend them.

Outstanding Assistance. I placed my order for The Stack System on December 29th. The process was handled promptly. Sadly, the courier didn’t deliver, and the item was deemed lost. Fantastic products and services provided by GSS. I chatted with Steve regarding my setup, and we explored various options together. He gave me some great suggestions and advice that I hadn’t thought of before. I went ahead and ordered the popular Skytrak system, and Steve was able to find one and ship it out for me the very next day. The unit works perfectly, even in bright sunlight, and I just wish I could say the same about my swing. Steve is always open to any questions after the sale as well. Definitely recommend!

I purchased an ES12 launch monitor. When it showed up, the kickstand was absent (likely not Golf Swing Systems' fault). I called them up, and they were super helpful. They picked up the faulty unit from my place and dropped off a new one simultaneously. The customer service was top-notch. I definitely give this company my recommendation.
